AROMATHERAPY

Holiday Mood
2 drops frankincense
2 drops myrrh
2 drops cinnamon
2 drops pine, cedar or juniper oil

Menstrual Syndrome and Tension
4 drops orange oil
4 drops cinnamon oil

Calming
3 drops lavender
3 drops Mandarin

Air Freshener and Uplifter
3 drops sweet eucalyptus oil
2 drops orange oil
2 drops lemon oil

These are collected from RecipeGoldmine.com I haven't tried them all myself, but I would definitely not recommend the PMS blend to be used as a massage oil, just because it has cinnamon in it. You could put all these blends into a spray bottle with some water, shake well, and spritz around the room. In fact, if you wanted to use the PMS blend on skin, I would recommend substituting the cinnamon with clary sage, since this does have an effect on hormones. Heck, substitute it anyway, because I've never read anywhere that cinnamon is good for hormones. Its actually an irritant.
