Self Reflexology
Everyone, grab your foot!!!! Take your left foot and put it
on your right knee....or vice versa, it doesn't matter. The medial (inside) edge
of your foot is the Spinal Reflex. The medial edge of your big toe is the
cranium, the proximal phalange (base of your toe) is the cervical vertebrae.
Starting at the ball of the foot and going halfway along the arch, this portion
of the medial edge represents the reflexes for the Thoracic vertebrae, while the
remaining half of the arch along this edge represents the Lumbar vertebrae. The
Sacrum and Coccyx reflexes are found on the medial edge that runs long the sole

The Amazingly Wonderful Tea Tree
Oil
There is a line of hair-care products that I am sure most of
us have heard of: Paul Mitchell. Most salons carry at least some of their stuff.
Anyway, given my love of Tea Tree Oil, I am surprised that I did not think to
mention anything about Paul Mitchell products. PM has introduced a
new line of products aimed at men. Because men won't buy a butt
scrubber, a face sponge, a leg cream, a facial exfoliant,

More Self-imposed Reflexology
If you trace your finger along the medial (inside) edge of
your foot, you will come to a puffy spot on the heel-side of your arch. Its just
where the arch ends and the sole begins. This is your Bladder Reflex. If you
trace a straight line, at a 45° angle for about three cm, you will locate your
